goodman furnace trouble light

getting a trouble light saying the twineing is not correct, mdl# gmp100-5, it says to correct you need to either reverse polarity on primary or secondary on the transformer. neither worked, tried shutting power off for about 10 mins to try and reset, didn't work, any clues?

Is this a new installation or change out or service call? Most of the time you can go direct to the manufacture to get answers for twinning of 2 units. Wiring harnesses plug in, very little hard wiring needed. are you a service tech? DIY? (do it yourself)

The Boards do not see the correct polarity. you need to change hot and neutral at the furnace connection. changing transformer leads will not correct anything!! Also make sure of the hot for both boards need to be the same. Receptacle needs to be checked for proper PHASING as well. Thought I better explain about phasing :)
Single phase and three phase. I had arrived at site and this was commercial building
with 3 phase power. Installing company could not get two carriers to twin.
After a little looking found one furnace fed with I`ll say C phase and other to B phase. had to rewire breaker panel to correct problem, There both running still today. (THEY BOTH HAVE TO BE ON SAME PHASE)
