bathroom sink shut off valve

The handle is missing from my shutoff valve. Is there anyway to turn it off? I want to replace the faucet.

Use Vise Grips or better exchange a valve handle from another valve for now.

I have tried vice grips and handles from all other valves. It won't budge.

Then you have to shut the main shut-off valve off and if you can't or don't want todo that you will have to call a licensed plumber. to fix it or replace it

You can also try another tool like Pliers or if this will not work then go with PLUMBILL's advice.
